Alex is a 20+ year innovation and growth strategy leader and tech entrepreneur from the San Francisco Bay area. Trained in design and systems planning, she's created award-winning innovation products and programs in fintech, healthcare and workplace for organizations like Citi, Monitor Group and Gensler.
Drawn to mission-driven work, she built Waggl, an HR Tech company focused on employee voice. In her role as Chief Marketing Officer, she developed singular stories of employee engagement in partnership with premier companies like PepsiCo, FreddieMac, and Texas Children’s.
In 2023, she pivoted her focus to climate with a desire to help innovators and leaders in the domain communicate and scale their mission. She is also spearheading her own new venture at the intersection of workforce, healthcare and sustainability.
