Nate was born and raised in Tucson, AZ — so yes, he's a die-hard University of Arizona basketball fan. His background blends a love for people with a passion for performance. Nate has worked as an Account Executive, led consultative sales cycles, helped open new markets, and rolled out training decks that drove results.
Throughout his journey, he has been deeply committed to creating positive team culture — from hitting and exceeding metrics to serving on internal culture committees to help shape the kind of workplace people actually want to show up to.
Outside of CLARA, he is a transformational coach, a lifelong sports lover, music enthusiast, reader, and most proudly — a girl dad.
